A clear title and short description: what the property is and who it suits. Only the first 17 characters of the title are shown on listing cards in search - make the start of the title informative.
Area, rooms, floor, amenities (kitchen, AC, parking, etc.). The more complete the info, the fewer unnecessary questions and disputes.
