Listing standards

Photos

At least 3 photos of the property; one is the cover image. We recommend resolution from 1200×800 px, JPG or PNG format. Good photos help tenants evaluate the place and build trust.

Title and description

A clear title and short description: what the property is and who it suits. Only the first 17 characters of the title are shown on listing cards in search - make the start of the title informative.

Details and amenities

Area, rooms, floor, amenities (kitchen, AC, parking, etc.). The more complete the info, the fewer unnecessary questions and disputes.

Location

Area or address so tenants know where the property is. Showing it on a map increases transparency.

Price and term

Full cost information: price per period (month/week), payment terms, utilities and other charges if applicable. We stand for transparent pricing without hidden conditions.

Contact

Tenants can contact the landlord through the platform. This simplifies the process and leaves a record for resolving disputes.

False information in listings, fake photos and intentional misleading are not allowed. We may hide or remove such listings.

Accurate information

Price, terms and description must match reality. Any changes (e.g. price increase) must be reflected in the listing.

We expect polite and professional communication between landlords and tenants. Insults and threats are not acceptable.

Consequences of violations

In case of serious or repeated violations we may restrict access to the platform or remove the listing and account. Details are in the terms of use.
